Cordell Rolle
Cordell Rolle is a tech enthusiast, community advocate and US Navy Veteran. He is also the cofounder of Rolle IT LLC, an IT Solutions company located on Florida’s Space Coast that provides IT support services to federal and commercial clients. His dedication to his profession and community has allowed him to be recognized as a 4 under 40 recipient. He proudly serves on several boards focused on supporting and mentoring young adults. Cordell his wife Marla are the proud parents of twin boys.

Murray S. "Skip" Marsh, Jr.
Skip Marsh, CFO of Community Health Services at Health First, has been a partner with the Chamber for 1.5 years. He enjoys golfing in his spare time, and cares deeply about Alzheimer's support. Originally from Jamestown, NY, Skip graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with an MBA, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Skip serves on the Board of Directors because he wants to serve our community and improve it.

Eva Rey
Eva Rey is a professional public administrator with over 23 years experience in the public sector at the state, county, and special district levels and 12 years in the private sector working with homeowners’ associations. Ms. Rey was hired by The Viera Company for the newly created position of Director of Community Management in September 2015 and is The Viera Company’s liaison to Viera homeowners’ associations, presides over all developer controlled associations, and oversees the transition to resident control. In September 2019, Ms. Rey was promoted to the new role of Director of Community Management, Amenities, and Communications. In July 2021, Ms. Rey was promoted again to her current position of Vice President, Community Management and Communications. In addition to her Community Management activities, she is responsible for Viera’s amenities such as the Addison Village Club and the Duran Golf Club. Ms. Rey manages the company’s public relations, social media, resident engagement and education, and media communications functions and provides oversight to The Viera Discovery Center.
Prior to her arrival in Viera, Ms. Rey worked for two other top rated master-planned communities in Florida as the Executive Director at Lakewood Ranch Town Hall in Manatee County and the Director of Purchasing and Support Services in The Villages.
Ms. Rey is also committed to giving back to her community through volunteerism and charitable giving. She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Viera, is the Past Chairman of the Viera Regional Business Alliance for the Melbourne Regional Chamber, is a Past Board Member and Chairman for Family Promise of Brevard, is Chairman of Transit One, is on the Board of the Sharing Center of Central Brevard, is on the Board of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Viera High School Student Advisory Committee, is on the Brevard Achievement Center’s Industry Advisory Council, and is a graduate of the Lead Brevard Class of 2018 – the “best class ever”.
Ms. Rey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Leo University in Pasco County, Florida and her Masters degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. She is a native Floridian who was raised in Brooksville, Florida. She has one son, Justin, who lives in Tokyo, Japan.

Daniel Ciuro, Limited Partner, Wealth Manager for Edward Jones Investments began his career as a United States Air Force (USAF) weather forecaster. This experience brought him to all corners of the world. Upon separation from the USAF, he graduated with honors from Thomas Edison State College and earned his Global Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree, with honors, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Thunderbird is the oldest international business school in the United States and offered him study opportunities in Santiago, Chile and Beijing, China.
Daniel’s experience has also earned the opportunity to support our local community. He’s been nominated to the Investment Policy Committee of Brevard County, trusted with offering analysis and recommendations to county leadership about the investments of our county tax dollars. Most recently, he was asked to serve as the Treasurer of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce (CBRCC). He’s also served as the chairman of the Military Affairs Council for CBRCC. His experience also includes his appointment to the board of our Economic Development Commission as the chairman of the Space Coast Defense Alliance. He is also a board member for the Brevard Cultural Alliance. He has and will always look to support our community.
Together with Teresa Cid, senior branch office administrator, and the rest of the branch team, Daniel supports clients throughout the US. His collaborative, goal-oriented process is one that follows strict fiduciary guidelines set by Edward Jones, one of the oldest financial services firms in the industry.

Ronald G. Burford, Jr is the owner & President of Launch Network Digital Media Services, LLC, a local digital media company focused on Google Business Profile management, geofencing campaigns, website design and other digital services along with Brevard county’s largest and fastest growing network of indoor digital billboards. Launch Network DMS is the current Business Champion of the Year for the start-up category for the past 2 years in a row. Prior to this he was the owner & president of Brand-U TV, (2013-2020), owner of business consulting firm Creative Assistance, LLC (2013-2017), owner & president of Outreach Support Network (2011-2013) and Red Ink Marketing, Inc. (2008-2009). From 2017-2020 he served in the role of National Training Director for N-Compass TV, the parent company to Brand-U TV and Launch Network DMS, in which he designed systems that helped them reach Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies in the US for 2018, he is currently serving as a Senior Consultant with them as well. He has also served as US Operations Manager for both Community Assistance, LLC (2009-2011) and Xentel, Inc. (1998-2007). Both companies were national call centers with upwards of 450 clients.
Mr. Burford currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce and is the current chair for the Visit Cocoa Beach Tourism Advisory Committee. In the past he has not only served on the board for the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, but also the Space Coast chapter of the American Advertising Federation, Coloring the Causeway for a Cure, and FWB which was an organization of local business owners with a focus on charitable giving. He has served the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce as the Chairman for the Ambassador Program (2017) as well as the past Chair for the 2015 & 2016 Mentor Program. Mr. Burford has also served on the marketing committee for the Cove Merchants Association in Port Canaveral.
As the owner & President of his own small businesses as well as with his past experiences such as the role of US Operations Manager of a publicly held international corporation, Mr. Burford has gained significant insight and expertise in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, digital media, branding, small business financial management, database management, staff motivation, sales & sales training, investor relations, small business systems analysis, client relations, and infrastructure and operations management. His background provides him with a unique perspective on the needs of businesses of all sizes in the community.

Peter Cranis grew up in Melbourne, Florida attending and graduating with honors from Eau
Gallie High School and Brevard Community College (A.A. in Journalism). He went on to the
University of Central Florida and received a B.A. with honors and an M.A. in Communications.
He was also an adjunct professor at UCF for 26 years.
His 30-year career began with handling Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing at Church Street Station; Sprint Telecom; SunTrust Banks; and global bank software firm Kirchman Corp.
He then determined that tourism was his passion and became Director of Marketing at the AAA National Office, followed by a 16-year tenure at Visit Orlando where he was Vice President of Global Consumer Marketing and managed 40 staff members, a $25 million marketing budget and attraction ticket sales of $14 million. His next endeavor was as the Head of Sales and Marketing at the Orlando Eye (The Wheel at ICON Park), a 400-foot tall observation wheel in the heart of the Orlando tourist district.
He has been Executive Director of the Space Coast Office of Tourism since March, 2019, managing a staff of 16 and a $40 million budget. His passion is marketing, tourism, the beach, and Brevard County where he has lived for the last 14 out of 15 years.

Frank DiBello
Frank DiBello has been President and CEO of Space Florida since 2009. Space Florida is the state’s aerospace and spaceport development authority. In his position, he develops and executes programs designed to attract, retain and grow aerospace business across the state. Mr. DiBello also focuses on Florida aerospace workforce development and retention as well as international partnership development.
Additionally, he currently serves on the United States Department of Commerce Investment Advisory Council, helping advise Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross on how government politics affect the nation’s ability to attract and facilitate business investment from U.S. and international firms.
Mr. DiBello holds more than five decades of direct aerospace, defense and emerging space industry-related experience. Prior to Space Florida, Mr. DiBello was President and CEO of Florida’s Aerospace Finance Corporation (FAFC), established by the Florida Legislature to assist financing the infrastructure needs of new and established companies for the aerospace space, and aviation markets.
Frank spent more than 20 years at KPMG, in various management positions where he was responsible for guiding the firm's aerospace industry consulting practice, heavily focused on support of major aerospace merger, acquisitions and consolidations. He founded KPMG’s Space Industry Practice, which focused on new space businesses, taking major satellite programs to Wall Street for financing and led the effort to develop commercial uses of the International Space station (ISS).
Mr. DiBello served on President Reagan's Private Sector Survey on Cost Control, also known as the Grace Commission, and was responsible for management of the teams reviewing the Departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense and NASA.
Mr. DiBello formed SpaceVest, a venture capital firm focused on investments in companies taking defense and space technologies to commercial applications and markets. He later served as President and CEO of Constellation Communications, International (CCI), which held an Iridium-class license from the FCC, where he planned and raised the financing for a global satellite network for mobile broadband communication services.
Mr. DiBello has been involved in multiple civic, social and industry organizations. He currently serves on the board of directors for United Way of Brevard (Florida) and is the past chair of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation. He founded the Washington Space Business Roundtable and was appointed to serve on several defense and space commissions. He was also President of the Board of USO Metropolitan Washington.
Mr. DiBello has taught at the Defense Systems Management College and International Space University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Villanova University, and did graduate work at American University and George Washington University.

Larry is the Executive Director for the Merritt Island Community Redevelopment Agency, an Agency involved in visioning planning and funding a variety of community improvement, infrastructure and private sector redevelopment projects on Merritt Island. Prior to that Larry served as Economic Development Manager, for the City of Cocoa Florida. From 2010 to 2014 Larry served as CEO of the $100 Million Dollar Barberton Community Foundation, managing annual giving of $5 Million for scholarships, community development and a range of economic development projects. Larry served for twenty years as Executive Director of the Barberton Community Development Corporation, a multi-faceted Ohio community development corporation engaged in business expansion financing; deal structuring, workforce, economic and real estate development projects, facilitating the creation of over 2,000 jobs. Larry holds a B.A. degree in Urban and Regional Planning, an MBA from Tiffin University, is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) with the International Economic Development Council, and a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional with the National Development Council. Larry serves in a consulting capacity to start up EDO’s, and Foundations, and work with FEMA as an Economic Recovery Subject Matter Expert, for their Homeland Security National Training Program/(HSNTP)/Continuing Training Grants (CTG) Program. Larry currently serves with the Port Canaveral Propeller Club, on their Education Committee, and is a volunteer with Canaveral Port Ministry. After 5 years as an adjunct Mercy Ships Merchant Mariner, in 2001 Larry cofounded an international faith based micro business development and finance organization lending in excess of $5 Million dollars to more than 10,000 micro businesses in Benin, Ghana, and Togo West Africa. Larry is married to Susanne Lallo. They have one adult son, Jason, who lives in Ohio. Larry is a 4th generation naturalized resident of the State of Florida, whose first job, as a teenager was working at the Contemporary Theme Hotel in Disney World.
Significant projects include:
- Facilitated with economic and workforce development in bringing on line the Cocoa Regional Walmart Distribution Center.
- Planned and developed three start-up business park developments from conception through to financing, construction and lease up resulting in 30 redevelopment business expansion
- Procurement and management of a $1.8 Million FEMA and Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) grant project to restore the City of Cocoa Florida Waterfront features, post Hurricane IRMA.
- Participated in structuring $100 million in business attraction/expansion projects creating 2000
- Provided Leadership in facilitating development of the 2018 Cocoa Waterfront Master Plan Update, including parking feasibility study, and development of two key sites for a downtown hotel and mixed- use
- Procured grant funding and managed U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration $1.2 million Revolving Loan Fund and $7.0 Million Dollar Program Related Foundation Investment Fund.
- Collaborated with City and property owners in a $1.5 million Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund Environmental Project to create a shovel ready commercial corridor
- Worked with Stark State College, to establish a $3 Million 500 student satellite community college campus in the City of Barberton,
- Worked with Forest City Enterprises in Management and Development of a 150-acre, 400 home neo traditional housing
